For example, in Word, go to File > Save As, and then select the format Printer (*.prn). Instead, always save it as a print-ready file. Never simply save a print document as a word processing file, like a. Simply uncheck this option and save your changes to disable automatic printing of PRN files. Here, you’ll see an option called PRN File Send To Printer.
